On February 17th the Shandong Province and Shandong Provincial Department of Culture announced the establishment of the Shandong Provincial Cultural Innovation Award. The pool of candidates will be chosen biennially through public appraisal, from among which thirty awards will be bestowed. The award is intended to reward organization and project participants who make outstanding contributions to the development of cultural innovation in Shandong.
