Funding for current doctoral students in Jinan University increased
Doctoral students granted with doctoral degrees in the commencement of Jinan University
On March 20th, Jinan University has increased its funding for sponsorship of current doctoral students enrolled since the beginning of 2013. It also increased the requirements for enrollment of doctoral candidates, with particular emphasis on past academic achievements. If outstanding doctoral students can be sponsored by three subjects covered under the “Elite Students Plan” at Jinan University, their tuition will be waived and they will also be awarded a 160, 000-500,000 yuan per year stipend. Additionally, they will have opportunities to travel abroad and attend international conferences.
