The 15th Heilongjiang Province Outstanding Achievement Awards in the Social Sciences announced
A Series of Contemporary Literature in Heilongjiang won the First Prize of Outstanding Achievement Award
On March 13th, the assessment of submissions for the 15th Heilongjiang Province Outstanding Achievement Awards in the Social Sciences was completed successfully, with 599 out of 1200 achievements selected for outstanding awards. This year the assessment process and rubric for evaluating submissions differed from previous years. The selection committee implemented a serious of adjustments in award setting, the panel of judges, and the assessment system. The selection process this year placed more emphasis on encouraging the development of young talent in the field.
