Transitioning to Ecological Aesthetics- An Organic Aesthetic Perspective

Ecological civilization is a new form of civilization that abandons modern industrial civilization. Specifically, ecological civilization is the sum total of human behaviors and culture for sustainable development, which refreshes the established content of human civilization. It is a great systemic change. Ecological aesthetics is activated by ecological civilization and generates new aesthetic paradigms. As an ecological aesthetic founded on a branch of Whitehead’s organic philosophy, it has its own unique definition of what beauty is. Chinese traditional aesthetics can complete its own creative renewal through the transformation towards ecological aesthetics.
