Constructing the Value System of the Criticism of Children’s Literature with Chinese Characteristics

The value system of the criticism of children’s literature with Chinese characteristics adheres to Marxism as the guide and the people-centered research orientation. It is an integral part of the national project of the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. This value system needs to start from the unique literary attributes of children’s literature, take the high unity of children’s orientation and national orientation as the fundamental measure of values, and interpret the specific temporal connotations of its four criteria of history, people-centeredness, art and aesthetics.
