The Chinese path to constructing a new economic order in Eurasia

China’s experience of economic modernisation is unique. In the past 30 years, China has promoted both technological and governance revolution at the same time, having created a new governance system. The effectiveness of this brand-new governance not only surpasses the Soviet planning economy, but also is superior to the transnational financial monopoly economic system of world capitalism. It can be named a “hybrid system.” The reason why it is “hybrid” is that China has built a governance system that combines the interests of various social groups, strategic planning and market self-organization mechanism.
