Building an Evaluation System for the Social Benefits of Online Literature Websites: Based on the Data Analysis of 25 Websites

The evaluation of the social benefits of online literature websites is both an important and urgent issue. The construction of the evaluation index system includes 7 criteria and 36 indicators. We selected 25 online literature websites for data research, applied analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, and then applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the social benefit score, in order to provide valuable reference for the future construction of social benefit evaluation systems of China’s online literature websites. We hope to stimulate the comprehensive development of online literature websites, and achieve social benefits and economic returns at the same time.
