Problem Consciousness, Intellectual Models and Knowledge Maps: Reflections on the Methodology of Research on Marxist Philosophy

Philosophy is the essence of the spirit of the times and an examination of the problems of the times; problem consciousness is hence the starting point of philosophy as living thought. The analysis, reflection and criticism of the times are the problem consciousness and driving force for the continuous development of Marxist philosophy. Its contemporary developmental process shows the transformation it has wrought in traditional philosophy and thought through intellectual exploration, demonstrating the possible path for its contemporary development through construction of a new knowledge map. Problem consciousness, intellectual models and knowledge maps reflect the methodological consciousness of contemporary research on Marxist philosophy.
