Large Model Empowering All Walks of Life: Ecological Business Models

The introduction of ChatGPT marked the dawn of the large model era. Although the technology of AI has made great breakthroughs, there have been challenges in industrial landing and commercialization. How to promote the industrial landing of large model and empower all walks of life has become the focus of attention of all parties. Deconstructing the large model industry from an ecological perspective, the large model industry ecosystem can be divided into four layers: the digital infrastructure layer (L1), the general large model layer (L2), the industry model layer (L3), and the scenario model layer (L4). On this basis, the key to building an ecological business model is to promote the capability sharing and capability combination of different ecological members, and the flexible combination of core and proprietary capabilities will drive the large model to empower all walks of life and build the future sharing economy.
