(Abstract)

The internal mechanism of the construction and evolution of China’s economic system reflects the historical, theoretical and practical logic of deepening economic reform. The problem situation formed by the contradictory movements of the productive forces and relations of production and the economic base and superstructure has become the internal driving force for deepening economic reform. Adhering firmly to problem-oriented approaches in exploring an economic system that is adapted to Chinese modernization is the process of establishing and improving the socialist market economic system. Through the interaction of the dynamic evolution of modernization and institutional construction, an economic system that conforms to China’s national conditions and is full of vitality is constantly created by practice and enriched and improved with the upgrading of the economic structure. Entering a new stage of reform and development, strengthening marginal reform and innovation and deepening comprehensive systemic experimentation have increasingly become an important way to promote reform. In order to achieve the goal of Chinese modernization in the new journey, building a high-level socialist market economic system and promoting high-level opening up have become the key to deepening economic reform.
