Career Development and Social Integration of Cross Border Marriage Immigrants

This article takes cross-border marriage immigrants from China and Japan as an example, focusing on exploring how the resources possessed by cross-border marriage immigrants affect their participation in the labor market in the place of migration, namely the socio-economic integration situation. The results show that Chinese immigrants tend to give up making friends with Japanese people and strengthen their network connections with Chinese immigrants. The study also found that cross-border marriage has a beneficial impact on immigrant participation in the labor market or economic and social integration.
