The Covid-19 pandemic has influences on the living and safety of people around the world. This paper analyzes the findings and reports about the epidemic by British academic journals, reports of the House of Commons, newspapers and authoritative websites in 2021, focusing on the direct and indirect impacts of the epidemic on public life, health and living (vaccine R&D and distribution, economy and social life) and the reflections on the government's actions in its governance. The conclusion is that the solutions to the epidemic and the resulting differences in individual life, health and life stability are pertinent to the level of governance. Countries and regions affected by Covid-19 should pay attention to the following aspects: the significance of individual people for the construction of public health resources accessibility system, and they should be more active to involve in the construction of economic and social support systems related to life maintenance, as well as the construction of a smooth international cooperation and communication system. All countries in the world need to work together, because none of them can get out of the plight alone.
