Legal practice comprises the normative activities of constructing and maintaining social order with the aim of achieving equity and justice. In terms of content, legal practice can be divided into three types: intellectual practice, normative legal practice, and applied practice. As an important support for legal practice, legal theory has a complex interactive relationship with legal practice. The effect of legal theory on legal practice are realized through the intermediary, vehicle and bridge functions of rationality, wisdom and ideas of legal practice. Development of the concept of the ideal human legal life is the inner mission of legal practice thinking and its methods.
