Shi Yining
New life, new contradictions, new characters and new emotions are the objects that contemporary realist literature must confront with and strive to discover and depict. Wang Hua has a keen insight into this point, and her works published in recent years have displayed a new look of realist literature, showing her profound understanding that realism can grasp reality while having the possibility of going beyond reality, her practical understanding of the relationship between realism and readers in terms of aesthetic taste and resonance, as well as the resulting conscious awareness of understanding and expressing social life from a realistic perspective and with realistic techniques.
