The first teaching-quality-criterion of journalism and communication in China will launch

The 1st plenary meeting of the Ministry of Education's teaching committee for journalism and communication in higher education was held in Beijing on July 27.

On July 27, the 1st plenary meeting of the Ministry of Education’s teaching committee for journalism and communication in higher education took place in Beijing. The committee’s foremost task for the meeting was to discuss and establish national standards of professionalism for instruction in journalism and communication to be applied across Chinese higher education. The standards will specify criterion for different categories of personnel training within the industry and promote the quality of undergraduate teaching through more rigorous and explicit guidelines.
