The Fundamental Principles and Global Historical Significance of Constructing a Modern Chinese Civilization

As a new life form born from the integration of Chinese civilization, modern civilization, and socialist civilization, modern Chinese civilization is a product of socialism with Chinese characteristics in solidarity with and under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It embodies the organic unity of material, political, spiritual, social, and ecological civilizations throughout the process of Chinese path to modernization. To construct modern Chinese civilization, it is essential to adhere to the principles of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture as a fundamental guide. A deep understanding of the historical resources and essential essence of modern Chinese civilization is also necessary, along with an understanding of its basic structure. We must focus on solving contemporary issues, promote the practical development of new forms of productivity, and enhance high-quality economic development, thereby showcasing the splendors of Chinese civilization and its global historical significance.
