A Narrative Poem of Nostalgia for State-Owned Enterprise: Review of Li Tie’s Novel
(Abstract)
He Shaojun
As a writer who worked in a state-owned enterprise, Li Tie has nostalgic feelings for state-owned enterprises. Jinxiu is the product of his state-owned enterprise sentiment combined with his literary sentiment. By portraying Zhang Dahe, a worker who combines the spirit of craftsmanship and the sense of being masters, and his three sons, the “second generation of workers,” the novel exemplifies the historical commitment and the phoenix nirvana of state-owned enterprises of the People’s Republic of China over the past seven decades.
