Dysfunction and Transformation: The Fudan Annual Report on International Strategy was released on Jan. 14. Across eight topics, the report analyzes the world in 2013 and offers predictions of global situation in 2014, as well as suggestions for China's diplomacy. At the launch event, Professor Xin Qiang from the Center for American Studies at Fudan University predicted that global power will continue to shift from developed to developing nations in 2014. The global geopolitical and geo-economic center will further shift to the Asia-Pacific Region, he said.
